Meet Caroline
Caroline Lewis is the founder of The Farmer's Feed, a media company dedicated to helping consumers discover the people, places, and stories behind their food.
Through storytelling, strategic marketing, and partnerships with farmers, tourism organizations, and agricultural leaders, Caroline has visited farms across the Southeast to document how today's producers are adapting, diversifying, and building stronger connections with their communities. Her work explores the intersection of agriculture, agritourism, tourism, consumer behavior, and economic development.
Before founding The Farmer's Feed, Caroline spent more than 15 years in marketing, consumer insights, and brand strategy. She now combines that experience with agriculture to help organizations better connect with consumers and strengthen support for local farms and rural communities.
Caroline is the host of the Raising the Barn podcast and a 2025 Insight250 Award recipient, recognized as one of the world's leading innovators in market research, data, and insights. She has spoken for Farm Bureau organizations, universities, destination marketing organizations, beginning farmer programs, and national agricultural conferences on storytelling, consumer engagement, agritourism, and the future of agriculture.
